The newest vintage of our oenobock seeks out to ask that question. With the same idea behind our first vintage, we fermented a bock style on pinot noir grapes. This time around aiming for more of a balance between beer and wine. Flavor profile of the darker malty notes of the bock base intermingled with darker stone fruit flavors and finishes like a dry red wine. One sip will leave you asking the question is it wine, or is it beer?
