We operate our 3 vessel 15bbl capacity brewhouse and taproom within our 2,500 square foot building. We focused on a small, efficient layout in order to maximize our capacity as well as provide an open concept for our taproom customers. Even though we are small we left room to grow and recently added 2 additional 7bbl fermenters. Our small size makes us nimble and flexible enough to make small batches of a variety of brews, and offer a diversity of beer styles and taste profile options to our customers. Our agile approach to brewing helps us focus on creativity, adaptability, and the value of teamwork. We are able to produce Cask Ale releases, small batch series of beers and collaborate with other small businesses within our community on a regular basis.
